One of the best surprises ever in our wine travels was finding this great chardonnay made by students in the Nuriootpa (South Australia) High School Viticulture and Winemaking program. Most of the top wineries in Barossa and South Australia contribute grapes, bottles, labels, winemaking expertise and supervision to the program. The high school's "Barossa Scholar" wines regularly win gold medals in Australian wine competitions.  It is our pleasure to bring you one of the best South Australian oaked chardonnays we have ever had….
